**General Terms and Conditions**
1. **Scope**
The following GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. **Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract**
The purchase contract is concluded with W&B Quality Products GmbH & Co. KG.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained for this purpose during the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after submitting the order.
The timing of the contract conclusion with us depends on the payment method you choose:
**Prepayment**
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email within two days, in which we provide our bank details.
**PayPal Express**
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. After submitting the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.
**PayPal Plus**
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal, thus concluding the contract with us.
**Amazon Pay**
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before the ordering process in our online shop is completed. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon and confirm the payment instruction to Amazon. You will then be redirected back to our online shop where you can complete the ordering process. After submitting the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.
3. **Contract Language, Contract Text Storage**
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. The contract text is not stored by us.
4. **Delivery Conditions**
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs will be added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs with the offers. We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. **Payment**
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
**Prepayment**
If you select prepayment, we will provide our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
**PayPal Express**
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
**PayPal Plus**
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.
If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, you must be registered there to pay the invoice amount or first register and authenticate with your access data. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
If you have chosen the credit card payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at PayPal's request immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your authentication as a legitimate cardholder, and your card will be charged. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
If you have chosen the direct debit payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment instruction, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
If you have chosen the invoice payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and submission of the order, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only pay PayPal with a debt-discharging effect. For payment processing via PayPal, the PayPal GTC and privacy policy apply in addition to our GTC. **Amazon Pay**
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before the ordering process in our online shop is completed. To process the order and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or first register and authenticate with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after dispatching the goods, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
6. **Retention of Title**
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
7. **Transport Damage**
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. **Warranty and Guarantees**
Statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
9. **Dispute Resolution**

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
10. **Youth Protection**
If your order includes goods that are subject to age restrictions, we use a reliable procedure involving personal identity and age verification to ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age. The deliverer hands over the goods only after age verification and only to the customer personally. If you cannot receive the delivery personally, you can collect the package from the nearest post office, providing appropriate identification. Please enter your full name as it appears on your identification document during the ordering process.
