The Greyhound Principle
Our Greyhound Principle represents the utmost quality and care in the selection and aging of whiskey casks. It is especially relevant for Irish spirits, including Irish whiskey and bourbon. Through strict selection criteria and continuous monitoring of the aging process, we ensure that each cask meets the highest standards and develops unique flavors.
Our selection includes:
- Single Malt Casks: such as 24-year-old casks.
- Single Grain Casks: 24-year-old casks or casks aged between 11 and 15 years.
- Bourbon B1 Casks or Sherry Casks: Here too, we offer 24-year-old casks as well as casks aged between 11 and 15 years.
Nearly all types of casks are available. Our selection of special whiskey casks is particularly interesting for collectors and whiskey enthusiasts.
Aging duration and flavor profiles:
- Short (3-5 years): Fresh, lighter aromas.
- Medium (6-12 years): Balanced and complex.
- Long (über 12 years): Deep, intense flavor profiles.
