    TARBH Single Pot Still Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey is a smooth, balanced and delicate premium single pot still aged in bourbon barrels. With hints of caramel and cracked pepper, the creamy mouthfeel is one of malt and barley, spicy and sweet with a candy floss finish. 

    In ancient Ireland cattle were central to a predominantly farming lifestyle and served as a measure of wealth. The bull in particular, or TARBH in Gaelic, was prized by the Celtic High Kings as a symbol of character and status. They continued to be an integral part of society, when Irish monks first distilled whiskey in the 15th Century.
