Our expert cooper selects only the finest casks for our single cask maturing process, which is the key to producing a magnificent natural flavor.

    Nose Mellow, light, fruity - roasted pears and apples, toffee.

    Palate Mouth-watering, warm, citrus, dark fruits, toffee, not unlike a mulled wine.
